Since 2000, Carlos has been buying and selling investment properties, giving him a longtime connection to the real estate process and firsthand knowledge of what it takes to make informed real estate decisions. Joining Shasta Sotheby's International Realty allows him to use that experience to help clients find the homes, land, and investment opportunities that best align with their goals.

In addition to his real estate experience, Carlos is the owner of a rodeo production and livestock contracting company, providing him with a deep understanding of agricultural properties, ranches, and land use. He proudly served in the United States Marine Corps for 13 years before returning to Shasta County to raise his family.
